Exceptionally comfortable bed, fairly quiet room. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location adjacent to the key shopping belt of Shanghai, all the restaurants and bars of xiantiandi, and bus stations. 15 minutes' walk to an extensive Chinese garden...

The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from Great World. Btw, went to city center, located relatively near the venue. Everything was simply well-maintained.

Love the breakfast !! Like the great cappuccino at fat olive, and the view too. The location is absolutely convenient too almost everywhere. Not bad a place to stay, just a nice unpretentious and comfortable residence.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The token for breakfast made us feel like second class guests. The description on Booked.net is different to what the appartment is actually like and the hotel staff take no responsiblity for the difference and tell you to contact. Booked.net

good amenities but several areas need improvement
The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette proved to be very practical, especially with the washing machine/dryer available. We enjoyed the city view from the room.
The deposit amount caught us off guard, a bit inconvenient at check-in.
